This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around hydraulics, electrical systems, and heavy equipment — and takes pride in solving problems before they become downtime.The DetailsPay: Starting at $32/hour, flexible based on experienceSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMOvertime: As needed (mandatory when scheduled)Location: Lenexa, KSWhat You'll Be DoingPerforming preventative maintenance and safety inspections across plant equipmentTroubleshooting and repairing engines, conveyors, electrical systems, CNC machines, pneumatic tools, PLC's and hydraulic equipmentSafely operating cranes, hoists, power tools, forklifts, and scissor liftsKeeping accurate maintenance records in the CMMS systemRequesting replacement parts and completing repairs in a timely, professional mannerAttending daily shift meetings to prioritize work orders and reduce downtimeIdentifying and submitting continuous improvement opportunitiesKeeping your work area clean, safe, and organizedWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED equivalent5 to 10 years of industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experienceWorking knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systemsBasic understanding of electrical systems and CNC equipmentComfortable using hand, power, and specialized tools — and comfortable with computersStrong problem-solving and communication skillsHVAC Knowledge is a plusCMMS experience preferredWorking ConditionsThis is an active, hands-on role — expect regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
