Position Description
We are seeking a Scrum Master to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), a large scale Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) federal financial management environment hosted in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The Scrum Master enables Agile delivery across cross functional teams responsible for financial system enhancements including posting logic remediation, Accounting Treatment Manual (ATM) development, reconciliation workflows, system integrations, and audit readiness activities.

This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the Continental US.

Your future duties and responsibilities
.    Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
.    Support SAFe PI Planning, iteration execution, and coordination with Product Owners.
.    Identify and remove impediments impacting team velocity, quality, or delivery schedules.
.    Coordinate work across technical and functional contributors (PL/SQL developers, analysts, cloud engineers, testers).
.    Maintain team focus, flow, and delivery predictability; ensure stories and acceptance criteria meet readiness standards.
.    Track team performance metrics and promote continuous improvement.
.    Support documentation readiness for sprint and PI deliverables, governance reviews, and audit evidence needs.
.    Foster collaboration, transparency, and alignment across multiple DAI modernization workstreams.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
.    3+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach.
.    Experience supporting Agile teams in enterprise, ERP, or financial system environments.
.    Working knowledge of SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
.    Demonstrated ability to manage team flow, remove blockers, and coordinate across multi disciplinary teams.
.    Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
.    Hands on experience using Jira for backlog management, sprint execution, and team reporting.
.    Experience integrating Jira with Confluence to support documentation, traceability, and cross team collaboration.
.    Ability to obtain/maintain IT II Non Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) investigation.
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
.    Experience with Oracle EBS, federal financial systems, or ERP modernization programs.
.    Exposure to financial posting logic, data quality workflows, or compliance/audit related delivery.
.    Familiarity with OCI DevOps, cloud native workflows, or Agile delivery tooling.
.    SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SASM certification.
.    Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
.    Collaborative, structured, and consistent in supporting team execution.
.    Able to operate effectively in compliance driven federal environments.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 $176,300.00.
