  • Required - Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry or related field with laboratory hands-on experience; or Associate’s degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
  Manager is looking for candidates with Biologic Background
  Manager shared the following Pre-Screening questions, as reference, to find the perfect match for this role:
  • Does the candidate have direct oral solid dosage (OSD) formulation development experience?
  o Please prioritize candidates with experience in blending, granulation, compression, encapsulation, and formulation in process testing.
  • Has the candidate worked in a pharmaceutical formulation development laboratory or pilot plant environment?
  o We are looking for hands-on development experience rather than exclusively analytical, quality, manufacturing operations, or academic research roles.
  • Does the candidate's resume demonstrate experience designing and executing formulation studies and analyzing results to support formulation or process optimization?
  o Experience with DOE, data analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
