Human Resources GeneralistRecruiter: LHHLocation: Vista, CaliforniaPay: $28 - $32 / HourContract: ContractorBilingual Human Resources Generalist LHH has partnered with a growing organization that is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join their team on a 3-4 month contract. This is a fully onsite opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys supporting employees across a variety of HR functions and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, professional, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while providing exceptional support to both employees and leadership.Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day HR support across employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administrationMaintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS information is up to dateSupport new hire onboarding activities and coordinate employee transitions, status changes, and separationsAssist managers and employees with HR-related questions, policies, and proceduresPartner with leadership to gather information, document concerns, and support employee relations mattersCoordinate payroll-related processes and assist with employee payroll inquiriesSupport benefits-related documentation and employee record maintenanceAssist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordinationMaintain training records and support compliance, safety, and employee development initiativesHelp ensure HR processes remain compliant with company policies and employment regulationsProvide bilingual English and Spanish support to employees throughout the organizationPerform additional HR projects and administrative responsibilities as business needs evolveQualifications:2+ years of Human Resources experienceBilingual in both English and Spanish is requiredExperience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferredKnowledge of California employment practices and HR compliance requirementsBackground in manufacturing, production, agriculture, distribution, logistics, or another operational environment is highly preferredStrong employee relations and HR administration experienceExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organizationAdaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable supporting a wide range of HR responsibilitiesCompensation:$28.00 - $32.00/hour3-4 month contract assignmentOpportunity to make an immediate impact within a growing organizationImmediate start availableSchedule:Fully OnsiteMonday-FridayOffice located in north county San DiegoSeeking candidates available to start as soon as possibleIf you're a bilingual HR professional who enjoys supporting all aspects of human resources in a fast-paced operational environment, we'd love to hear from you!
