Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and analytical reviews to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Partner with finance leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and expense analysis.
• Assist with internal controls, SOX compliance, and both internal and external audit activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop expertise in assigned accounting areas and provide guidance and training to other accounting team members.
• Participate in special projects and other corporate accounting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• CPA license or active pursuit of CPA designation is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, or similar preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
