Initially working with a lean team, this leader will wear multiple hats and help build the operational infrastructure, systems, processes, and culture needed to support rapid franchise growth. The ideal candidate will come from the QSR segment with strong franchise operations experience across both traditional and non-traditional locations. Most importantly, you are a builder. You know how to take an emerging concept, create structure without creating bureaucracy, solve problems, develop people, and turn an operation into a scalable franchise system.
