About the Position:
We are seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership for a substantial multifamily portfolio. This executive will oversee property operations, lead regional teams, drive portfolio performance, and partner closely with ownership to execute long‑term business objectives. The ideal candidate brings 20+ years of multifamily leadership experience, exceptional financial and operational expertise, and a collaborative leadership style that inspires teams and builds strong relationships across the organization. This is a hands‑on executive role for a leader who enjoys balancing strategy with execution.
