Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Hybrid Opportunity

Job Description Position: Children’s Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) – Bilingual Spanish Location: Bronx, NY Schedule: Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid (1 day onsite per week) Pay: LCSW: $90,000 – $95,000 annually + Benefits About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Social Worker to join a dynamic behavioral health team supporting children and adolescents. In this role, you will have a meaningful impact by helping young individuals and their families navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans Provide individual and group therapy to children and adolescents Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization support when needed Collaborate closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Requirements Active LMSW or LCSW license in New York Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) Experience working with children and/or adolescents Fluency in Spanish and English (required) Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
