Title: LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Hybrid Role

Location: Bronx, NY (Multiple locations)

Schedule: 1 day on-site a week 4 days remote

• Compensation:
  Salary: $90k - $95k

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with pediatric experience for a hybrid behavioral health role. This position focuses on providing care for children aged 6 years and above in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral health support to pediatric patients (age 6+)
• Deliver care in a hybrid setting (primarily remote with onsite collaboration)
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes

Requirements:

• 1+ years of clinical experience required
• Active New York State or LCSW license
• Spanish bilingual required
• Medicaid & Medicare enrollment required
