Schedule: Hybrid – Primarily Remote | Only 1 Onsite Day Per Week
Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation:
• LMSW: $70,000 – $75,000 annually
• LCSW: $90,000 – $95,000 annually

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a collaborative behavioral health team in Manhattan, NY .

This role offers an excellent hybrid work model with primarily remote responsibilities and only one required onsite day per week , allowing clinicians to maintain a strong work-life balance while providing high-quality behavioral health services.

The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting patients, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, and delivering culturally competent behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health support and clinical services to patients
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care

 

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State LMSW or LCSW license
• Spanish bilingual required
• Minimum 1+ year of clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing behavioral health services in a clinical setting
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Medicaid and Medicare credentialing required for LCSW candidates
