We’re a growing e-commerce, print and distribution company looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and willing to jump in wherever needed to keep things moving.

This is not a sit-at-your-desk-all-day customer service position.

One minute you may be processing an order on your computer. The next you’re checking inventory, figuring out why something doesn’t match, packing a shipment, or working through the paperwork needed for billing.

In other words: you will not be bored.

What you'll do

You’ll take ownership of orders as they move through our operation, including:

• Downloading and processing incoming orders
• Entering and maintaining accurate information across multiple systems
• Tracking inventory and identifying potential issues
• Coordinating the details needed to keep orders moving
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
• Shipping completed orders
• Preparing and processing paperwork for billing
• Troubleshooting the inevitable “Hmm...that’s not right” situations
• Communicating with coworkers and customers when information or action is needed
• Pitching in where needed to help the team get the job done

You'll spend time at your desk, in the warehouse, and at the shipping table. You'll work with several computer systems as well as different machines and equipment.

A typical day?

There really isn't one.

And that's part of what makes this position fun.

There are orders to process, customers to help, inventory to manage, shipments to get out the door, problems to solve, and details to keep straight. Some days you'll spend more time on the computer; other days you'll be moving between your desk, the warehouse, and shipping.

We're looking for someone who enjoys that kind of variety rather than merely tolerating it.

Physical requirements

This is an active position. You must be comfortable standing, moving around the workplace, and regularly lifting and moving boxes weighing approximately 2–40 pounds .

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and the level of responsibility you are prepared to take on.
