Customer Service Representatives

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Document client interactions and maintain detailed records within company systems.
• Research and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Meet established service level agreements (SLAs), productivity goals, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
• Educate customers on services, processes, policies, and available resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in ongoing training and development.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, administrative support, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
