Director Supply Chain & Logistics

Responsibilities:

Develop/manage key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly and monthly including supplier scorecards
Evaluate & onboard suppliers based on comprehensive evaluation
Maximize ERP utilization: MRP, scheduling, logistics, and reporting
Identify and mitigate risks including supplier capacity, geopolitical factors, and transportation disruption
Lead cost reduction, price or term negotiations, and dual sourcing initiatives
Support and assist with vision, mission, and overall strategic direction

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Material Management, or Supply Chain
7+ years of progressive supply chain experience with emphasis in steel/metals-related purchasing
Strong ERP/MRP implementation experience
Strong negotiating, analytical, and project management skills
Able to travel up to 15%
Multi-company change management experience is a plus!
