- Perform immediate and preventive maintenance on manufacturing production equipment to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant operations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated systems (including PLCs and SCADA) while utilizing precision tools to perform equipment calibration and validation.
- Identify, document, and implement process optimizations using Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.
- Maintain accurate preventive maintenance records and utilize manufacturing software systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) to manage work orders.
- Collaborate across departments to provide timely progress updates, conduct problem analyses, and execute corrective action recommendations.
