As our Project Manager, Creative Services, you will be responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and operational rigor to how our creative work gets made - across 3D production, post-production, and the day-to-day management of our creative workflows. This role will bridge the gap between our business goals and creative team by owning the end-to-end workflow of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and asset production, controlling timelines, and resource allocation to ensure flawless delivery to our luxury standards. This role will have a heavy emphasis on delivering post-production and creative operations excellence, so our ideal candidate has delivered in those areas. At Maiden Home, you'll find a workspace that encourages innovation, creative expression, and teamwork, and your experience will be shaped by your performance, contributions, and drive.This role is located at our New York headquarters in the Tribeca design district where we work together every day in the office.ResponsibilitiesOwn and continuously improve the creative intake and project management process, ensuring work is scoped, scheduled, and tracked with consistency across all active workstreamsManage day-to-day 3D production workflows in collaboration with external freelancers and agencies — from briefing through final delivery — ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to Maiden Home's visual standardsSet processes and give visibility on deadlines and changes with internal and external teamsCollect feedback and QA updates from vendors to ensure alignment with brand standardsDevelop and manage RFPs for 3D vendors and external production partners — clearly scoping deliverables, timelines, technical requirements, and budget parametersMaintain organized production documentation, version tracking, and asset management across all active projects including owning our DAM systemServe as a reliable cross-functional partner to Creative, Marketing, and Merchandising — proactively communicating status, surfacing risks, and managing expectations across stakeholdersTrack and communicate creative resourcing and capacity; manage and negotiate budgets with external partnersIdentify process gaps and continuously optimize workflows for speed, quality, and operational clarityQualifications3–5 years of experience in creative production, project management, or creative operations — ideally within a brand, agency, or creative services environmentProven experience delivering on rigorous post-production timelines and workflowsDemonstrated ability to build and manage project workflows, not just operate within existing onesProduction literacy across visual formats — enough familiarity with 3D, photoshoot, or post-production to brief external collaborators, review work critically, and identify when something is offExperience managing external vendors, freelancers, or agencies in a production or project management capacityStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneouslyClear, structured communicator — written and verbal — across both external partners and internal teamsExperience with project management tooling (Asana or equivalent) at an operational levelComfortable managing budgets and holding collaborators accountable to timelines and quality standardsLow ego, high ownership — solution-oriented, reliable, and proactive without needing to be managedAn eye for design and quality; able to evaluate creative work against brand standards and provide specific, constructive feedbackHas owned and operated a DAM system (Air or equivalent)About Maiden HomeMaiden Home is an authority in the world of luxury home furnishings.
