Team Lead / Operations Supervisor (Warehouse & Technical Support)

Pay Rate: $24/hr-$25/hr

Location: Onsite

Schedule: 40hrs

We're looking for a reliable Team Lead or Operations Supervisor who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is comfortable using everyday technology like laptops, tablets, smartphones, handheld scanners, and other electronic devices.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support daily operations, coordinate team activities, and help keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support a team during daily operations.
• Assign shifts and daily tasks to team members.
• Monitor workflow and ensure work is completed safely and on time.
• Help troubleshoot basic issues with devices and equipment.
• Communicate updates with supervisors and other departments.
• Step in to assist the team whenever needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, Shift Lead, or Operations Lead.
• Comfortable using laptops, smartphones, tablets, handheld scanners, or similar technology.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in an active warehouse environment and stay on your feet for most of the shift.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or operations.
• Basic troubleshooting experience with electronic devices or equipment.
• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring team members.
