Global HR Director: Talent & Change Leader

SPX Technologies in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking an HR Director to lead strategic planning and execution of HR programs across four sites. You will partner with business leaders to align talent, engagement, organizational design, and performance management with business priorities. The role requires 10+ years in HR leadership, strong change management skills, and experience in global or multi-site manufacturing.
