You will handle escalated inquiries about assistance animals with empathy and technical knowledge, coordinating with related departments to deliver outstanding service. You will use Zendesk, HubSpot, and other tools to analyze, resolve, and document customer needs, while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.
