We welcome new members to grow with our team!We are seeking the following position: Bakery Supervisor.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily bakery department operations and employees.Train, coach, mentor, and support bakery team members.Prepare employee schedules and monitor attendance.Ensure product freshness, quality, presentation, and availability.Manage ordering, inventory, product rotation, waste, and shrink.Receive and verify bakery products, ingredients, packaging, and supplies.Support promotions, sales goals, and customer service.Maintain accurate pricing, labels, and product information.Keep bakery, freezer, cooler, and storage areas clean and organized.Follow food-safety standards and company procedures.Required Qualifications:At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.2+ years of bakery, grocery, food-service, or related retail experience.1+ year of lead or supervisory experience.Available to work weekends and holidays.Able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 lbs.Able to work in freezer, cooler, and varying-temperature environments.Able to travel to nearby stores occasionally for training or operational support.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with ordering or inventory systems.Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, or retail systems.Food-safety training/certification.Bilingual English and Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish preferred but not required.Work Location: 475 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02171Benefits:Medical, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance.401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with up to 4% Company Match.Long-Term Service Award.Paid Time Off.Employee Discount.Position: Full Time.Shift Information:Approximately 40 hours per week.Weekend and holiday availability required.Overtime may be required based on business needs.Beware of Job Scams: We prioritize applicant safety at Walong Marketing, Inc.
