UpGuard is seeking a commercially minded Associate Commercial Counsel / Junior Contracts Manager to support a fast‑paced sales team. You will draft, negotiate and manage standard B2B SaaS agreements, from NDAs to DPAs, while improving templates and processes. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Counsel, you’ll partner with global deal desks and cross‑functional teams to scale contracting operations, data privacy, and regulatory compliance across NA and EMEA markets. #J-18808-Ljbffr UpGuard
