As a team member for Sam Bowers State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
  • Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
  • Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
  • Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Licenses in Property& Casualty and Life & Health.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Sulphur, LA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

  • Auto insurance
  • Home insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Retirement planning

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
