The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality service./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliPerform routine maintenance and inspections./liliDiagnose mechanical and electrical issues./liliRepair and replace defective parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and fuel systems./liliConduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan./liliMaintain accurate service records, work orders, and repair documentation./liliFollow standards of quality as outlined by Cal-Maine and other manufacturing and regulatory controls./liliPerform housekeeping duties and maintain a clean working environment./liliFollow all company and regulatory agency safety policies./liliComplete training and attend meetings/workshops/seminars/continuing education appropriate to the position, as assigned and approved by direct supervisor./liliPerform all other duties as assigned by direct supervisor./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliOne year certificate from college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training.
