Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting our standards

Help maintain a clean, hygienic, and orderly kitchen at all times

Stay up to date with current promotions and new products

Work safely around the kitchen team and report any maintenance issues to the manager on duty

Maintain personal knowledge by completing internal training to include annual recertification

Always comply with all company policies and procedures

Carry out instructions given by management team and operator

Protect the interests of the operator

Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

Must be able to speak Spanish

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be able to lift items of at least 10 pounds

Must be able to work in a hot and busy environment

Must be able to work well under pressure

Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment for several hours at a time

Willingness to learn various positions and move throughout the shift

Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are operated by independent franchise business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
