Finance Manager

Our client, a high-growth, private equity backed software company is seeking a driven FP&A Manager to join their team. This role is a critical business partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, helping drive data‑driven decision making, scalable processes, and efficient revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to make a visible impact across a growing SaaS organization. Responsibilities Partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to deliver financial insights and support strategic decisions Own and enhance forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning models Build and deliver monthly reporting on revenue, ARR, and key SaaS metrics Develop financial models and scenario analyses for investments and acquisition opportunities Lead commission calculations and support plan design Drive process improvements and build scalable financial reporting and planning frameworks Collaborate across FP&A and the broader organization on key initiatives and ad hoc analyses Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 4+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within SaaS or a PE‑backed environments Strong Excel and financial modeling skills Experience supporting sales Strong communication skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to build processes in a dynamic environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
