Job Title Warehouse Operations Analyst Job Description This role oversees all aspects of daily operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, and distributed efficiently and safely. Your role: Support the Warehouse Leader in managing Philips’ third-party logistics (3PL) providers, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure that warehouse operations meet high standards for productivity, accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IWD COE, planning, GBS, procurement, and quality, to ensure a seamless flow of goods Adheres to established processes and operational policies, selecting appropriate methods and techniques to conduct Root Cause analysis effectively and derive sustainable solutions. Contributes to continuous process improvements by developing and implementing sustainable solutions, seamlessly integrating them into existing standard work practices to ensure long-term efficiency and effectiveness. Cultivates effective relationships with internal and external partners, providing influence over projects and peer groups by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the area of specialization. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in with a Bachelor’s in areas such as supply chain, operation, inventory management, manufacturing or equivalent; no prior experience required with a Master’s degree Your skills include supply chain management, data analysis, interpretation, enterprise resource planning systems, master data management, data architecture, data mining, process improvements, statistical methods, root cause analysis and business acumen You have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in TN is $87,000 to $139,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered.
