$15 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily schedules for our team of skilled technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts with professionalism and care.
• Utilize our dispatch software to track technician availability and optimize routes for maximum efficiency.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members to relay job details and any special instructions.
• Monitor job progress and provide updates to clients, ensuring transparency and maintaining our reputation for reliability.
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician assignments, and client interactions for future reference and analysis.
