We're looking for a Contract Coordinator-Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 6-months contract assignment. It is a W-2 position.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive interview coordination – arranging high-stakes interviews with senior leaders, preparing schedules/itineraries, confirming availability, and ensuring a great candidate experience.Candidate communication – sending interview invites, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups; acting as the main point of contact for logisticsQualificationsMust have attention to detail.Bachelor's degree required.Must have at least 1 year of coordination or scheduling experience.Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
