What You'll Do

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment to patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist with ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive devices.
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates with your supervising therapist for treatment adjustments.
• Document all treatments and patient interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support patient and family education regarding cognitive and physical health needs.
• Participate in care conferences, team meetings, and training sessions.
• Support supervision of students and procurement of necessary supplies.

What You Need

• Valid active State Licensure/Registration
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and clinical protocols
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
