Healthcare Data Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Healthcare Data Analyst will support operational and clinical decision-making by evaluating data needs, analyzing datasets, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities Partner with analysts to define analytical approaches and evaluate data needs for projects Contribute to analyses that inform operational and clinical decision-making Work with relational databases to query, wrangle, and analyze complex datasets including claims, clinical, and member data Required qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience with analytical tools through coursework, projects, or internships Experience working with SQL and Python Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related fields Demonstrated ability to think analytically and approach problems in a structured manner Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and primarily remote environment
