At Parks Hospitality Group, we know that an exceptional stay starts the second a guest arrives. We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Valet Attendant to join our front-of-house team. In this highly interactive role, you’ll be the face of our hotel—welcoming guests with a smile, assisting with luggage, safely parking vehicles, and serving as our local expert to help travelers navigate the city. What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with parking and retrieving their vehicles.
• Safely park guests' vehicles in designated areas, ensuring security and proper positioning.
• Retrieve guests' vehicles promptly upon request, ensuring minimal wait times.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including ticketing and documenting any damages or special instructions.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the valet parking area.
• Assist with luggage loading/unloading as needed.
• Follow safety protocols, traffic laws, and hotel procedures when handling vehicles.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a valet or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, run, and lift for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
