Who We Are Murray Law Group is a Florida litigation firm that handles first part insurance claims, construction defect claims, real estate fraud claims, HOA and Condo Association Claims. Litigation Paralegal Dave Murray IN-OFFICE POSITION | TAMPA, FL What You Will Do Act as liaison with clients, experts, adjusters, and other parties. Review, organize, and maintain all case materials. Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, interrogatories/answers, other legal documents, and memoranda. Coordinate the collection, review and production of documents and discovery requests. Assist in deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, trial preparation, including assistance with preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial. Assist with trial preparation including preparation of exhibits, witness binders and other demonstrative evidence for use at trial and court hearings. Analyze and prepare damages summations and settlement packages. Preparation of Civil Remedy Notices & Notices of Intent for Litigation.
