PrideStaff, on behalf of its client located in Plantation, is seeking an energetic, organized, bilingual (English/Spanish) Telesales Representative to join its Promo & Marketing Department in Plantation, FL. In this role, you will conduct warm and outbound calls, follow up on promotional email campaigns, maintain customer databases, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Conduct warm calls to prospective business clients to introduce software and promotional services.
• Follow up on marketing initiatives, promotional mailings, and email campaigns.
• Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for field sales executives and leadership.
• Maintain, update, and organize client lists and contact records within CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide administrative support to the Promo/Marketing team.
• Track lead activity, log call results, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential accounts.
• Support promotional event coordination and occasional travel for domestic trade shows.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 1-2 years of telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software/database management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, persistence, goal-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational ability.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree or sales certifications a plus.
• 100% In-Office position

Must be able to submit to a background check and drug screen
