Bring your sales or customer-service experience. We'll teach you life insurance.

If you've built your skills in customer service, retail, hospitality, a call center, or banking (teller, personal banker), or you're early in a sales career, and you want a career with real growth, this role is built for you. You don't need insurance experience and you don't need a license yet. We'll walk you through getting licensed, train you on our process, and coach you on the floor every day.

No cold calling. You'll talk with people who already reached out asking about life insurance. Your job is to listen, explain their options in plain language, and help them choose coverage that fits their family.

How we set new agents up to succeed:

• Licensing guidance: Not licensed yet? We'll show you exactly how to get your Florida 2-14 or 2-15 life license and support you while you study.
• Structured training: A focused, approximately two-week training program on our products, process, and systems before you take live calls. Pre-licensing course provided at no cost.
• Mentorship and coaching: Experienced leaders who still sell sit with you, review your calls, and help you improve week by week.
• Team office environment: You'll work alongside other agents in our Hallandale Beach office, with daily huddles, role-play, and shared wins.
• A clear path to growth: Grow your income through commission and bonuses, and grow into leadership as you develop.

• This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only role with bonuses. There is no base salary or hourly pay.
• This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based role. Onboarding costs are reviewed in detail during your interview.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. No weekends.

What You'll Do

• Take warm inbound calls from people who requested information about life insurance (no cold calling, no door knocking)
• Ask good questions to understand each person's needs and budget
• Explain term and whole life options clearly and recommend coverage that fits
• Complete applications and follow up with clients using our CRM and proven scripts
• Take part in daily huddles, call reviews, role-play, and ongoing training
• Work with your mentor on goals and track your progress as you grow

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, banking, or early sales experience; about 1 year or more of customer-facing work preferred
• Comfortable on the phone and able to guide a conversation toward a decision
• Coachable and willing to learn and follow a proven process
• Clear communication and listening skills in English (bilingual Spanish is a plus)
• Comfortable using a CRM and basic computer tools
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• No license required to apply — we help you get licensed (Florida 2-14 or 2-15)
• Able to work on-site at our Hallandale Beach office on the full weekday schedule, including the first 90 days in office
