Responsibilities Focus on overall project management execution and acting as the lead professional on client engagements. Lead discussions, negotiate engagement documents, and participate in business and financial due diligence sessions. Strategically analyze and enhance both financial and operational performance to drive new business initiatives and successfully execute complex financial valuation assignments. Actively engage in client interactions and network with prospects to build revenue‑producing relationships, contributing to the growth and development of the practice. Serve a critical role in presenting comprehensive analyses and conclusions internally and externally to our clients. Assist in building and reviewing complex financial models, performing quality control, executing tasks, and providing industry consultation. Provide oversight to Financial Analysts and Associates on valuation engagements, guiding methodologies and assumptions to produce client‑ready valuation reports. Qualifications Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a closely related field plus three years of post‑baccalaureate experience in the job offered or any finance‑related job titles. Three years of experience must include financial modeling and building and implementing complex models; financial statement analysis including discounted cash flow; conducting financial due diligence and analytics; preparing reports and presentations, including graphic and written sections, for internal and external audiences. Compensation and Benefits Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and a competitive total compensation package that may include discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s estimated salary range for this role at the time of posting is $245K-$255K. Actual salary may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as the service line and location where this position is filled.
