Marketing CoordinatorAegis Living is a national leader in retirement, assisted living and Alzheimer's care providing the finest in senior lifestyle emphasizing health, quality of life, well-being, and community.Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator role will support the Marketing Director as well as participate in the overall sales and marketing efforts for Aegis Living Lodge community. The intention is to achieve optimal census and revenue targets through the following sales related activities: creating a "Wow" move-in experience for new residents, conducting sales tours when necessary, planning community events, engagement with existing residents and tracking sales activities. Marketing Coordinators should have a strong desire to grow their career in sales and strive to move into the Marketing Director role.Job Duties & Functions• Support prospective families with the move-in process, creating a "Wow" experience• Conduct tours of the community with prospective families with the ability to close the sale resulting in new resident move-ins• Execute various community events and family events both inside and outside of the community• Record all sales activity within the CRM tool (Yardi)• Develop strong relationships with sister communities to encourage referral activities• Attend and/or conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings and any other functions required by management• Develop a full working knowledge of operations, nursing and care in the community, with the ability to articulate to families during the move-in process• Deliver service excellence throughout the perspective customer experience as well as ongoing with existing residents• Maintains professional working relationship and promotes open lines of communications to achieve initiatives with other internal departments• Assist with model room and respite room setups• Travel as necessary for outside sales calls, industry eventsEducation and Experience• At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience, experience working in a service-related industry desired, experience working in hospitality sales and/or health care sales is a plus• A 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 4 years of related experience• Must possess highly developed verbal and written communication skills• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, primarily with Microsoft Office products and various CRM tools• Must be able to manage multiple tasks, strong organizational and presentations skills• Must have a valid driver's license in the applicable state• Must be willing to take a 2-step TB testSalaryMin Salary: USD $28.00/Hr.Max Salary: USD $30.00/Hr.
