Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, company policies, and procedures in both languages. Assist customers with order placement, returns, refunds, shipment tracking, and account-related concerns. Escalate complex customer issues to senior representatives or supervisors when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Stay updated on product knowledge, system updates, and company policies. Support additional administrative or data entry tasks as assigned. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must haves: Customer Service/Customer Support, Bilingual/Spanish, Call Center environment Fluency in English and one additional language (written and verbal). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service tools/software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
