Cost Analyst

Job Description:
The Cost Analyst will be responsible for reviewing company expenses, invoices, and departmental spending to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide actionable insights to management.
- Analyze costs across departments to identify trends and variances.
- Review invoices, bills, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare cost analysis reports and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with department heads to recommend cost-saving measures.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes as needed.
- Monitor and track cost reduction initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field OR equivalent work experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial analysis.
- 3+ years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly.
