What you'll do:Define architecture for AI-powered experiences across Walmart’s iOS and Android apps.Build AI-native patterns spanning conversational, generative UI, multimodal, and agentic experiences.Create reusable mobile frameworks that enable AI across the shopping journey.Solve challenges involving streaming, dynamic UI, context, performance, reliability, and application lifecycle.Drive architecture across Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose.Partner across mobile, AI/ML, backend, data science, product, and design.Lead complex cross-team initiatives and architecture reviews.Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the organization.What you'll bring:Deep experience building large-scale native iOS and/or Android applications.Expertise in Swift/SwiftUI and/or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose and modern mobile architecture.Track record of designing reusable platforms, frameworks, or capabilities used across teams.Experience defining technical strategy and leading complex, cross-organizational initiatives.Strong understanding of distributed systems, performance, reliability, and mobile/backend architecture.Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, conversational, multimodal, or agentic systems is highly desirable.Strong product instincts and ability to translate emerging technology into intuitive experiences.Proven technical leadership, influence, and mentorship at scale.
