Production Supervisor

Our Reading area client is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join their team! This is a long term opportunity with a local client adding to their core team! 2nd Shift Production Supervisor Pay: 58k/yr + increase upon being hired on Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more! Shift : 2nd shift M-FR (3PM-11:30PM) Location: Reading, PA Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor: Lead and supervise production team on 2nd shift Ensure compliance with all safety and PPE guidelines Train and support process technicians, operators, and packers Fill in for production positions when needed Conduct daily audits and verify machine paperwork accuracy Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications of the Production Supervisor: 5+ years of supervisory or management experience required 23 years of experience in plastics or manufacturing preferred Strong communication skills; bilingual a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Candidates should be reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented This is a great opportunity with a local manufacturer!
