As a Sales Training & Development Leader, you will play a key role in developing Eastwood Homes' sales professionals and ensuring our teams have the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to deliver an exceptional homebuying experience. This position will lead new agent onboarding, sales process training, role-playing, CRM and follow-up standards, appointment setting, objection handling, model home demonstrations, product knowledge, and ongoing sales development.

This is a highly hands-on role. The ideal candidate will bring extensive onsite sales experience and will spend time in Eastwood communities actively demonstrating the sales process and serving as a resource to our New Home Specialists and New Home Sales Associates. You will not only teach the standard you will be the standard.

Sales Training & Development Leader Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding and training programs for New Home Specialists and New Home Sales Associates.
• Develop and facilitate training focused on Eastwood Homes' sales process, customer experience, and sales standards.
• Conduct hands-on role-playing and coaching sessions focused on real-world sales scenarios.
• Train and coach sales professionals on effective prospecting, appointment setting, follow-up, and lead conversion strategies.
• Establish and reinforce CRM usage, documentation, follow-up, and pipeline management standards.
• Provide coaching and development related to overcoming objections, handling customer concerns, and confidently guiding buyers through the sales process.
• Demonstrate effective model home presentations, home tours, floor plan presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Develop and deliver product knowledge training, including floor plans, features, options, communities, and Eastwood Homes' value proposition.
• Work directly in assigned communities and sell homes to demonstrate Eastwood's sales process and expectations.
• Serve as an active sales resource and mentor to New Home Specialists and New Home Sales Associates.
• Observe sales presentations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Division Leadership to identify training needs and opportunities for continued development.
• Support sales teams during periods of staffing needs, vacations, special events, and other community coverage requirements.
• Monitor adherence to established sales, CRM, follow-up, and customer experience standards.
• Help develop and maintain sales training materials, resources, role-play scenarios, and onboarding tools.
• Stay current on real estate trends, new home sales practices, customer expectations, and effective sales development strategies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
• Serve as a visible example of the behaviors and performance standards expected from Eastwood Homes' sales team.

Sales Training & Development Leader Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a high-producing real estate professional, with new home sales experience strongly preferred.
• Active real estate license required.
• Previous experience training, coaching, mentoring, or developing real estate or sales professionals preferred.
• Strong understanding of the new home sales process, including prospecting, lead conversion, appointment setting, presentations, negotiations, contracts, and follow-up.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, sales psychology, objection handling, and relationship-based selling.
• Previous leadership or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to confidently lead training sessions, facilitate role-playing, and provide constructive coaching.
• Ability to build credibility with sales professionals through demonstrated sales knowledge and experience.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-through skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently across multiple communities and divisions.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Eastwood Homes communities and provide sales coverage as needed.
• Ability to travel between communities and divisions as required.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Must possess a clean, dependable vehicle.
• Professional appearance and personal hygiene required to represent the company and serve as a role model for the sales team.
