BMS Service Sales Executive

Job Details:

BMS SERVICE SALES EXECUTIVE - MANHATTAN - TOP PAY - URGENT NEED!!

My client specializes in the design,  installation and maintenance of building automation systems, BMS, BAS, DDC, building management, EPMS and energy management systems ranging from the latest Internet-based open-architecture technologies to complex process systems .  They provide turnkey building automation, critical and electrical facilities system monitoring and energy management systems installed by our construction contracting department as well as full service preventative maintenance, system upgrades and repairs to end users and clients through our Service Department.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ previous sales experience and a proven track record of sales success in Building Management Systems or Control Systems, integration, and EPMS in mission critical and commercial facilities.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Visio and/or AutoCAD a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM and Bid Tracer a plus.
• BACnet Control Systems Sales experience a plus .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Minimum 3+ years field experience in the HVAC controls industry including DDC Systems commissioning, software integration operation, service, retrofit, and calibration.
• Extensive knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, configuration, management, security and diagnostics
