When something on-site needs handling, you're the person who handles it: vendors, facilities, scheduling, and the daily flow of participants and visitors through our Columbus data lab. You'll also give the executive team the administrative backbone to focus on their work instead of their calendars.This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who takes ownership of a physical space and the operations that run inside it. If you like being the person everyone counts on to keep things moving, you'll fit here.What You'll DoFacilities and vendor managementSource, vet, and coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and staging, including pricing, scheduling, and directing work on-siteMonitor the building's condition and fix maintenance and upkeep issues before they turn into bigger onesManage building access and greet visitorsOperations and schedulingSchedule and coordinate high volumes of on-site participants, up to roughly 1,000 per month, including grouping and staffing so the site stays fully coveredBuild and improve workflows and automations that keep scheduling and daily operations runningHandle client invoicingExecutive and team supportSupport the executive team: calendar management, scheduling, and event planningServe as the catch-all for admin needs across the team, spotting gaps and solving problems on your ownProvide occasional light marketing support and materialsWhat We're Looking ForHighly organized and resourceful, with strong ownership of a physical spaceTech-savvy enough to pick up new tools quickly; workflow and automation experience is a plus, not a requirementA proactive problem-solver who does well juggling competing priorities
