Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Experience or willingness to work with manual therapy approaches and strong emphasis on patient education.
• Familiarity or willingness to use shockwave therapy technology preferred.
• Ability to work a primarily Monday–Friday day schedule. 5x8 schedules are standard; 4x10 schedules may be available for the right candidate. No weekends required.
• Comfort with a 1:1 patient care model and 45-minute treatment sessions; some locations use 30-minute sessions and 1-hour evaluations.
• Team-oriented mindset and reliable, personable demeanor. Outgoing communication style preferred.
