Green Coffee Sales Rep (Commission-Only) (United States)

Shehata Global LLC is a family-owned U.S. importer of wholesale green coffee. We partner with specialty roasters who want traceable lots, clear terms, and personal service.

We're hiring commission-only sales representatives who can open new wholesale accounts and grow lasting relationships.

The opportunity

• Build a book of U.S. specialty roasters, cafés, and distributors
• Convert interest into consistent orders through outreach and our wholesale portal
• Earn $0.50 per green lb on collected invoices, with residuals while you remain engaged
• Work independently as a 1099 contractor on a flexible schedule
• After about six months of strong results, we may discuss a salaried path — not a guarantee, and based on performance

How we work together You focus on finding, qualifying, matching, and closing. Shehata Global handles pricing, invoicing, warehousing, and shipping.

Ideal candidates

• Proven B2B sales or account experience, ideally in coffee, food, or agricultural commodities
• Strong communicators who follow through and protect long-term relationships
• Comfortable with quotes, pipeline tracking, and basic CRM or portal tools
• Knowledge of specialty coffee is a plus; a willingness to learn origins and green-coffee specs is required
