LPN FT Overnights No Weekends

Location: Utica, NY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Eastern Star Home in Utica, NY. As an LPN with our organization, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. This is a full-time position with no weekend shifts required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of LPNs, CNAs, and other staff members during evening shift

• Ensure that care is delivered in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations

• Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Implement and monitor the effectiveness of care plans

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records

• Provide education and training to staff members

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of New York

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Compensation: $30 - $31.5 HOURLY
