Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Eastern Star Home in Oriskany, NY. As an LPN at Eastern Star Home, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician and support daily clinical operations. With a unique schedule that excludes weekends (Mon-Fri), this full-time position offers a rewarding career with a perfect balance of work and personal life. $30 - $33 HOURLY

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care
• Assist with patient assessments and documentation
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising staff
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Follow all safety, infection control, and facility policies

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in good standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and professional conduct
