Job Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the healthcare services industry in San Juan, PR. This role is ideal for a customer-focused candidate who is comfortable using phones, live chat, and computer systems to support healthcare providers with benefits, eligibility, billing, claims, authorizations, and related service questions. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers, including physician offices and clinics, and determine the type of assistance needed. Provide support through live chat regarding member eligibility, claims status, benefits, and state-specific processing requirements. Navigate multiple computer systems to research issues, verify information, and deliver accurate responses. Focus on resolving provider questions and concerns during the first interaction whenever possible. Communicate information clearly and professionally to build strong relationships with providers and their staff. Document provider issues accurately to support reporting, follow-up, and trend identification. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $13.00 per hour. Job type: Temp-to-hire. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Shift availability: Must be flexible to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours of 8:00am to 9:00pm ATL. Required Qualifications and Skills 1+ years of experience in an office, administrative, clerical, customer service, or related environment. Experience using phones and computers as primary job tools. Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency required. Ability to use Microsoft and Windows PC applications. Strong communication skills with a professional, positive, and service-focused approach. Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility during the stated business hours. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare experience preferred.
