Occupational Therapist OT

We are looking for a talented Occupational Therapist for the school year. We have the option for part-time of full-time positions available. Hourly Rate Range : $42.00-$48.00 per hour Responsibilities will include : Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs. Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ functional and developmental levels. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each student’s unique needs. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom. Document student progress, therapy sessions, and maintain compliance with state and federal documentation requirements. Support students in developing fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills. Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and parent conferences. Provide training and resources to school staff to support students’ access to curriculum and participation in school routines. Ensure compliance with IDEA, Ohio Department of Education (ODE) regulations, and school district policies. Required Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Current Ohio Occupational Therapist License through the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board. Current or eligible for National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). School-based experience preferred but not required. Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.
