Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial roofing projects
• Review blueprints, conduct take-offs, and evaluate project requirements
• Collaborate with sales teams to deliver complete proposals that meet client deadlines
• Ensure accuracy in scope, pricing, and contract terms
• Manage change orders, purchase orders, and project transitions

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator with expertise in multiple roof systems
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing construction, materials, and warranties
• Great if using Edge Software for estimating
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent blueprint reading, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
