Senior IS Technician [Remote]

Job Responsibilities:
- Apply and validate network configurations (routers, switches) during store deployments.
- Execute on-the-spot changes to network settings in coordination with ROC and field technicians.
- Administer the technology deployment plan to support the rollout of new solutions, enhancements, or upgrades.
- Perform hardware upgrades and replacements for network equipment as needed.
- Monitor store network performance and respond to incidents in real-time.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in NOC, network support, or deployment role.
- Prior experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar technical support environment.
- Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with network monitoring and ticketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with remote and on-site teams.
Education/Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
